Seminar on Certified of Fiber Optic Technicians (CFOT) at Legend Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.

Significant Technologies Sdn Bhd (SIGtech) had successfully organized a public training of Certified Fiber Optic Technician (CFOT) at The Legend Hotel, Kuala Lumpur in November 2007. This is the second public training to be conducted in Malaysia in 2007.

The participants were exposed to the Fiber Optic Communication and Network Technologies. They had hands-on experience in handling some of the test gears involved in maintaining and testing the fiber optic network.

At the end of the course, all participants were given the CFOT exam, which is endorsed by Fiber Optic Association of America (FOA), a highly recognized body in the field of fiber optic technology,

Since SIGtech is an approved school of FOA, SIGtech is able to provide FOA approved exams such as Certified Fiber Optic Technician (CFOT) and Certified Fiber Optic Specialist (CFOS).
